• 5.0 out of 5 stars from jane -- a real treasure : this is a beautiful book. if you like warm, mostly turtleneck sweaters, this is the book to buy. i'm a vanilla sock knitter, so i'm not sure if i'll be able to knit any of the sweaters’ beautiful color work, but i surely hope that i can - it’s just so beautiful. even if i can't do the color work though, the sweaters themselves look very simple to knit. the scenery in the book is also just lovely. i've been waiting what seems like ages for this book to be translated into english, and i'm so excited that i just got it today. Very experienced knitters might find it a little simple. Clear instructions although you do need to know the basics. Lovely photographs. Great gift for someone looking to move to the next level. Slight issue is that many of the yarns are highly specialised from limited suppliers. Check the yarn weight/gauge then look at substitutes using a website.
